This is very common problem that my child doesn't eat properly...he/she is not interested in eating self. So there are some tips and strategies for parents and kids both.

- Eat with child : Firstly, parents to decide what the child will eat and when he/she will eat and child will decide that how much he/she will eat. Time of food will be same like your time. Every child has a natural ability to sense when he/she is hungry or full.
- Eat at Table : Give him/her a proper environment for food such as tell him/her to sit on a table properly and say to eat food.
- Turn off TV : don't show Tv, video games, and any other activity. say him/her firstly finish him/her food then he/she can go for other activities.
- Variety of foods : Chidren can enjoy variety of foods. so try to make different meals at different time.
- Time gap: Between two meals there must be 2.5 to 3 hours gap. so that they can digest properly.
